Welcome to Class, and a Room Change

We have finally gone through all of the applications, and have come up with a final class list. You should have already received an email regarding your status. We have a very talented group from a wide variety of backgrounds, and I look forward to seeing you all in class.

IMPORTANT: our classroom has changed to E15-235!

It was very difficult to decide on a composition for the class, made all the more complex by the very talented and diverse group of applicants we had to choose from. Our class size is dictated by the room we were assigned, which has a limited capacity. Ultimately, our decision was guided by the program affiliations and preexisting experience, since this class is ultimately geared towards beginners, and funded by MAS. Due to the limited classroom space, we cannot accommodate listeners beyond the people who are listed on this page.

If you have changed your mind about the class since the time of your application, please let me know ASAP.

I have added all class participants to the [desfab08 at media] class list. Feel free to use the list to discuss topics, create groups, etc. We will also email the group whenever there is a particularly important announcement. However, I encourage you to visit this site or subscribe to the RSS feed, since general notices will be posted on this site without further email notification.
